It’s a tough question. Although starting up and growing a business is exhilarating, keeping up that level of effort once growth has slowed can bring any entrepreneur down. It can make an owner feel like the business owns him/her, rather than the other way around.
How do you get your passion back? It starts with remembering that what got you here won’t get you there. How one leads a business must change as it grows. How do you know when you need to change? Well, one big clue is that you lost your passion and you stopped having fun, and that often coincides with periods of flat growth.
