This weekend is the annual Army-Navy college football game, a tradition that’s been going on since 1890 between the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York (Army), and the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland (Navy).

In honor of the game, which is near and dear to my heart (especially as a former player and coach), I thought I’d give a list of the top 10 things I learned about leadership at a service academy.

How did I come up with this list? Simple — it’s based on how often I’ve shared the concept with a client or a protégé to help him/her address an issue in his/her business or organization.

In no particular order (except for the first one): read on at The Business Journals
